Yang Qimin plays the role of Bodhisattva Pilan in the 1986 version of “Journey to the West”. In the series, Bodhisattva Pilanpo is the mother of the Pleiades star official among the twenty-eight stars, and helps Sun Wukong to bring down the centipede spirit “The Hundred-Eyed Demon Lord”.
