“It’s surreal. I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since the first X-Men movie,” said actor Hugh Jackman especially in a virtual meeting with the stars of the film Ian McKellen, Halle berry, Famke Janssen and Patrick Stewart. Suddenly another window pops up and “Deadpool” Ryan Reynolds burst into the reunion.
“Ryan, the cast, and I just talked about the movie we were all in,” Jackman couldn’t help but blow a little in the direction of Reynolds. After all, he only played in the franchise “X-Men-Origins: Wolverine” from 2009.
Since Jackman and Reynolds like to tease anyway, he was not put off by this and went even further: “I also invited a few others,” he said Sophie Turner and James McAvoy (both from X-Men-Origins: Dark Phoenix) appeared on the screen.
