Partial renewal of the judges of the commercial court of Bastia: how to apply?

The 1st round of the elections of the judges of the Commercial Court of Bastia took place on Thursday 24 November 2022; to proceed with the election of four judges of the Commercial Court of BASTIA.
These vacancies have been filled.
However, following the resignation of a consular judge of the commercial court of Bastia on 4 November 2022, the post became vacant. On the occasion of a second shift (Wednesday 7 December 2022) he will be filled.
Each candidate for these functions must file the declaration of candidacy from Friday 25 November from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00.
