Partial Delisting, Bukopin Removes 514 Million Shares Including Bosowa’s

PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) conducted a partial delisting or removed some of its shares from the capital market. A total of 514,121,700 shares were written off.

The company announced the plan through information disclosure on September 17 yesterday.

The partial delisting plan will be carried out effectively on September 20, 2021. It was written that the reason for the write-off of some of the shares was Government Regulation No. 29/1999 concerning the purchase of commercial bank shares.

The total shares removed were 514,121,700 shares. The shares are owned by PT Bosowa Corporindo and owned by the Apkindo Perkayuan Cooperative (Kopkapindo).

The number of shares listed after the partial delisting process will be 31,996,002,771.

But that number is an addition. The total shares of BBKP that were not listed in the context of implementing PP 29 of 1999 were 677,248,423. It consists of 90,866,204 shares owned by the Indonesian Bulog Employees Cooperative (Kopelindo), 188,779,606 Bosowa shares and 397,602,613 Kopkapindo shares.
