Three case files were forwarded to the Parliament and announced to the Plenary.
One concerns the crime of Tempi and is the product of a lawsuit filed by 21 citizens against the prime minister and all the relevant ministers (K. Karamanlis, Chr. Spirtzis, M. Papadopoulos, G. Gerapetritis, N. Mavragani, Karagianni and others).
The second concerns the indictment of Sarakiotis – Kokkalis against L. Avgenakis for fraud of voters in the Larissa region. It is recalled that the former independent member of parliament had supported the candidacy of Agorastos in his capacity as a minister.
The third concerns a civil lawsuit against At. Georgiadis for what the minister allegedly said in his speech at the Great Britannia Hotel.
