The Parkinson’s disease it is currently the second most common neurodegenerative disease. It is characterized not only by sensorimotor disorders (bradykinesia, muscular rigidity, postural instability and tremor at rest), but also by non-motor manifestations such as mood disorders, cognitive deficits, dysautonomic disorders and sleep disorders, which overall make its clinical picture. The disease is made even more heterogeneous by the variable progression, the response to the drugs taken and the potential complications related to the treatment.
