The park-and-rides in Merksem and on the Luchtbal are almost ready. Visitors can go there from December. The new park-and-ride on Linkeroever will also open. Parking will cost 1 euro per day. In order to make visitors and commuters extra enthusiastic about the car parks and to ensure that they do not park their cars in the surrounding streets, the city will expand residents’ parking in the zones around the park-and-rides.
