PROHABA.CO, WASHNTON DC – The aircraft belonging to the United States Space Agency (US) or NASA managed to ‘touch’ the Sun.
Parker Solar Probe enters the massive star corona in April 2021.
It could take up to several months for Earth to get data from that trip.
Furthermore, it also takes a few more months to confirm.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Parker Solar Probe is the first spacecraft to touch the Sun.
Parker Solar Probe was launched on August 12, 2018 using a United Launch Alliance Delta IV Heavy rocket.
The probe’s mission is to study the Sun in unprecedented detail. NASA states the Parker Solar Probe managed to “touch” the Sun when it dived into the Sun’s outer atmosphere or corona during its eighth flyby on April 28, 2021.
The spacecraft will complete 24 orbits of the Sun over its seven-year lifetime and will fly seven times closer to the Sun than any other spacecraft.
Parker Solar Probe Project Scientist Nicola Fox, of The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL), said the Parker Solar Probe will answer questions about the physics of the Sun that have puzzled scientists for more than six decades.

Parker Solar Probe Facts Launching Space, here are some interesting facts about Parker Solar Probe.
1. The speed
On its 10th short-range Sun flight on November 21, 2021, the Sun’s strong gravity accelerated Parker Solar Probe to its top speed of 163 kilometers per second.
This is faster than any ride that has ever been launched before.
According to NASA, as long as it is closest to the Sun, the Parker Solar Probe will reach a very high speed, which is about 700,000 km per hour.
