– Singer and actor Park Yoo-cheon (35) apologized to Mr. A, who accused him of sexual assault, and finished paying compensation.

On the 3rd, Mr. A’s lawyer, Lee Eun’s attorney, said, “I am still writing to inform people who are continuing the second offense against the victim A.” He said, “I have reimbursed all interest and interest over time.”

The lawyer said, “It is true that Park made a big mistake to Mr. A, but now he apologized and compensated for this,” said Lee. “Apologizing and reparing does not mean that the mistake Park committed or the suffering that victim A suffered from disappearing.” .

He added, “What Mr. A really wants is to get out of this case now,” he said. “There were a lot of people who volunteered for Park’s fans and committed the second offense, and some of them continue to do that.

Lee said, “However, Mr. Park admits and reflects on his faults, and he has even made compensation,” said Lee. “So, if he is a true fan, I hope that he will look back on his mistakes in the past and stop such mistakes from now on. At that time, the victim will be able to completely escape from this incident and return to their full life.”

Earlier, Mr. A was handed over to trial on charges of falsely accusing Mr. Park of sexual assault, and was convicted by the Supreme Court.

Mr. A, who was released from charges, filed a lawsuit against Mr. Park for damages of 100 million won in December 2018, and the court concluded in September 2019 that Mr. Park would compensate Mr. A with 50 million won.

After delaying payment, Park added 12% of the delayed interest to 50 million won in compensation after a year and a half, repaying the total of 56 million won.
