The boss of the Parisian PS is summoned this Tuesday to the Paris court for undermining the presumption of innocence of the new Minister of Culture.

Rachida Dati returns this morning to the Paris council for the first time as Minister of Culture. At the same time, the elected socialist from Paris Lamia El Aaraje, close to Anne Hidalgo, was summoned to the Paris judicial court. She is summoned for summary proceedings at Dati’s request for violating the latter’s presumption of innocence.
