The boss of the Parisian PS is summoned this Tuesday to the Paris court for undermining the presumption of innocence of the new Minister of Culture.

Rachida Dati returns this morning to the Paris council for the first time as Minister of Culture. At the same time, the elected socialist from Paris Lamia El Aaraje, close to Anne Hidalgo, was summoned to the Paris judicial court. She is summoned for summary proceedings at Dati’s request for violating the latter’s presumption of innocence. BFMTV and the NextInteractive group, which manages the news channel’s website, are also targeted. “It’s a nice coincidence of dates,” smiles El Aaraje.
“Great track record”
Two interventions are criticized against the one who is also boss of the Parisian PS. Just after the appointment of Dati rue de Valois, she returned to X (formerly Twitter) on the various legal cases targeting Sarkozy’s former minister, speaking of a “fine track record”.
