SIAL International Food Exhibition Paris 2024
SIAL is one of the world’s largest events dedicated to the food industry. At each edition, thousands of professionals from around the world, distributors, importers, exporters and government representatives meet and discuss the latest food trends, and develop business partnerships.
The first edition of the fair dates back to 1964. At the time, it only brought together experts and gourmets from 26 countries, but today, the biennial attracts exhibitors and visitors from more than 200 countries!
At each edition, SIAL Paris exhibits more than 300 innovative products, notably at the Future Lab, but not only! In addition to conferences, workshops and other round tables (SIAL Talks), SIAL Paris is the venue for the largest food innovation competition in the world with prizes in 15 different categories. Participants can also take part in special events such as cooking demonstrations, cooking competitions and product tastings.
