The property company specifies that they “record an increase in attendance of 20.9% between May 19 and May 30, 2021 compared to the same period in 2020. They reach 97% of the attendance recorded over the same period in 2019” . And in this coexistence of e-commerce and physical, business owners have understood the need to innovate. Latest example to date: Hammerson with its co.lab offer, “a unique concept of a“ ready to use ”boutique tested exclusively at the Terrasses du Port, in Marseille (13)”. By specifying that this is a “turnkey and flexible service to facilitate the physical installation, over a limited period of time, of DNVB (digital native vertical brands, editor’s note) or brands that do not yet have a an extensive network of stores or in shopping centers ”. Knowing that the offer is available in two formats: the cell dedicated to a brand and the multi-brand concept store …

In short, the beautiful days are back for the physical …
