Friendship above all. And so Paris Hilton (41) turned down an invitation from the White House to DJ at a dinner party with US President Joe Biden. Because that dinner would take place on the wedding day of her good friend Britney Spears. “And that was more important to me.”

These are choices that common mortals like you and me should never make, Joe Biden or Britney Spears. But we are not Paris Hilton. The American socialite has been good friends with Spears for years and told in her podcast This is Paris how she missed a special assignment to attend her wedding.
“I was asked to play for our president and some other presidents at dinner. But this was more important to me.” She does not want to give more details about the wedding party itself. “It was the night of the princess bride, it’s up to her to tell that story. She looked beautiful. It makes me so happy that she can finally write her own fairy tale.”
Hilton always supported Spears when he came under her father’s rule. Last year she even wrote a full essay about the singer. “She’s been through a lot of dark moments in her life, but Britney still radiates joy. She has a beautiful heart and she is and remains a superstar.”
