The hotel heiress explained in her Instagram story how “unacceptable” it was for her followers to “call” her child and shower him with hurtful, negative comments.
On Oct. 19, Hilton, 42, posted a series of photos of the son she shares with husband Carter Rheaum to mark his first trip to New York. However, a TikTok user pointed out that the baby boy’s head was too big and asked her directly if the baby had encephalitis. This cruel comment prompted Hilton to immediately respond that her “angel is perfectly healthy” and “just has a big brain.”
Paris expanded on her response to the comments about her son’s head, saying, “Living a life in the spotlight, I understand I’m going to be commented on, but taking aim at my child is completely unacceptable,” she began.
