This is a first in the world of football. The Paris FC club has decided to introduce free access to the stands for all its Ligue 2 and Division 1 matches for women, the Parisian club announced in a press release on Friday. This operation will be effective from the reception in Bastia on November 11, until the end of the 2023-2024 season.
Paris FC “wants that the sporting spectacle offered on the field can be made accessible to everyone, families or groups of friends, football fan or not, whatever their age or social category”.
“In a desire to “become a society”, the club wishes to commit and fully mobilize its energy and that of its community in support of causes of social utility. Each match will become an opportunity to highlight local and national associations investing in the benefit of a fairer, more inclusive society that cares about its environment,” said the PFC in a press release.
