THQ Nordic’s parent company, Embracer Group, has just announced that it has acquired eight leading developers. One of the largest is 4A Games, known for the Metro series, for 45 million dollars in cash and shares.
The Swedish company Embracer Group (the parent company of THQ Nordic, Koch Media, etc.) has acquired eight developers. They announced this during the announcement of the quarterly figures. The various developers continue to operate independently (they say) under the company’s existing labels.

How much the company has put together for all developers is not clear. The company says in their announcement that quality comes first. We can therefore expect a lot in the coming years. The company hopes to earn $ 80 million in five years with this purchase of 4A Games alone.
