Jesper Saltvik Pedersen has a good starting point before the slalom part of the super combination in the Paralympics in Beijing. He is in first place after the super-G part.

The Norwegian, who competes in the sitting class, was first down the track and crossed the finish line with a time of 1.10,29.
Five tenths behind is Taiki Morii from Japan. However, he is not considered the biggest challenger in the slalom section. Jeroen Kampschreur from the Netherlands is currently in third place.
Marcus Grasto Nilsen, who competes in the standing class, is currently in 26th place before the slalom round. It takes place from 6.45 for all classes.
This is the third straight day Pedersen and the rest of the alpinists are in action. On Sunday, karmøybuen took Norway’s first gold in the Paralympics when he won the super-G competition. On Saturday, he came in silver in the downhill competition.
Pedersen is one of the biggest Norwegian gold hopes in the Paralympics in Beijing. He has had a great start to the new year with three World Cup gold medals at home in Hafjell at the end of January. In addition, he took silver in super-G and super combination. He also won the World Cup for the fifth year in a row.
