“Paraguayan Basketball Confederation Launches Apertura Tournament with Victories for San José and Olimpia Kings, While NBA Play-Offs Heat Up”

On Thursday night, the Apertura tournament of the Paraguayan Basketball Confederation (CPB) was launched, in which the last protagonists of the past finals, San José and Olimpia Kings, started the contest on the right foot with two victories.

San José, at the León Coundou, beat debuting Atlético Colegiales by a score of 96-59. As for Olimpia Kings, the runner-up, they beat Félix Pérez Cardozo at home by the score of 73-44.

Exciting Play-offs

Today the exciting NBA Play-Off games get underway, with four high-voltage games.

For the Eastern conference, from 1:00 p.m. The Philadelphia 76ers (3rd) will receive the Brooklyn Nets (6th). At 15:30 the Atlanta Hawks (7th) will visit the Boston Celtics (2nd), at 18:00 the Cleveland Cavaliers (4th) will officiate at home against the New York Knicks (5th).
