The Pynandi played a difficult game and beat Uruguay 5-4 to secure first place in the CONMEBOL Liga Evolución Beach Soccer South Zone 2023.
Jesús Martínez at 5′, Sixto Canero at 9′ and Néstor Medina at 11′ of the first half, plus another goal from Martínez at 7′ and one from Sixto Cantero at 10′ of the last period gave the victory to the albirroja team.
Andrés Laens at 10′ of the first half and 11′ of the second, and Facundo Cordero at 9′ of the second half and 1′ of the last converted for the Celeste.

Paraguay won its third game in a row in the U20 category by beating the Uruguayan team 6-3.
Alexandro Luraschi in the 3rd of the first half, Thiago Barrios in the 2nd, Elias Aguilar in the 4th and Milciades Medina in the 7th of the second half, plus two others from Medina in the 4th and 9th of the last period gave the victory to the Pynandi.
Uruguay converted through Bruno González at 11 in the first half and 2 in the second, along with Mateo de León at 11 in the third.
