Paraguay made the first shipment of bone-in beef to Israel, according to the National Animal Quality and Health Service (Senacsa). According to details, the net weight of the shipment was 1,441.190 kilograms.

“Today the first container left for Israel, breaking that paradigm. There is confidence with the health status,” highlighted José Carlos Martin, president of the National Animal Quality and Health Service (Senacsa).

With the historic authorization to import bone-in beef from Paraguay, it is expected that in the future other markets may emerge for the export of this product, according to what he said.

A total of six export refrigeration plants are enabled to ship this product to that market.
