Paraguay on Monday exceeded one million vaccinated with at least one dose against covid, which represents about 14.10% of its population, when the disease has already left around 14,000 deaths in the South American country, out of just over seven million of inhabitants, informed the Minister of Health, Julio Borba.
The announcement was then commented on social networks by the president, Mario Abdo Benítez, absent from Paraguay since he traveled to Miami (Florida, USA) on Friday with the first lady, Silvana López Moreira, who lost several relatives in the collapse of a building near that American city.
