First responders from Cruz Verde Salvadoreña and Rescue Commands activated this Sunday morning to track down a man who jumped by parachute and upon landing was trapped in a tree near the Ilopango Airport.
The person made a free skydiving jump and was dragged by a gust of wind, causing him to fall south of the main runway of the aforementioned airport.
The name of the person was not released, but it was said that he was at an approximate height of three meters, so he was helped down from the branches of the tree.
The Cruz Verde lifeguards confirmed that they gave him medical attention at that location in order to rule out serious injuries, so it was determined that he was completely unharmed.
