“She left because I cheated on her”: Paul Bonolis he told the site La 27 esima Ora talking about his ex-wife. The presenter spoke to the students of the Faculty of Law of the Sapienza University of Rome on the occasion of the “Obiettivo 5” training campus. “We were very young. She’s American and when she was done she came back to the United States,” Bonolis continued. The latter, in fact, before getting married with Sonia Bruganelliwas linked for five years, from 1983 to 1988, to Diane Zoellerwith whom he had two children.

“I was a boy and she needed to go back to her family – said the conductor, recalling those moments -. I learned to give up to protect my children who were small, indeed one was yet to be born. Bonolis then gave advice to couples who are separating: “We must put the rights of children who have not chosen to be in the foreground. No revenge through the little ones or we risk sentimental infanticide. We share with my ex-wife some values and this it helped us not to go to war with each other“.

Speaking of the relationship between his first two children and the other three, born from the relationship with Bruganelli, the conductor said: “They are bound, they love each other very much”. Now, however, Bonolis is also a grandfather. In this regard he said: “I have two grandchildren. At Christmas we went to America to meet Stefano’s son. He is beautiful, he was born weighing 5 kilos, he looked like a lamb. My son and daughter-in-law were desperate because he was always crying. Of course, I told him, this one is hungry. You feed him according to age, but he must be fed according to weight.”
