Panton and Lui Kin-wai are the Kings of Grass this Season

The final race at Happy Valley Racecourse in the 2022/23 racing season will be held on the night of Wednesday, July 12. Panton and Lui Kin-wai both achieved good results in this Happy Valley race, winning three and two winners respectively , making them respectively the jockey and trainer with the most horse wins in Gucao this season.

On the other side, Huo Hongsheng also won three winners in the final race day at Happy Valley Racecourse, and his limelight is not inferior to that of Panton.
The 21-year-old Huo Hongsheng scored three consecutive wins with “Wu Qianshuai”, “Concerto” and “Bo Wang Po” in this Gucaosha scientific battle, which increased his number of winners in the season to 35 games. Fifteen more championships from the 2021/22 racing season.
Huo Hongsheng said: “It was a good night, and my results this season are quite satisfactory. However, there is still Sunday (July 16) in the season, and I hope to still achieve good results.”
In the past two seasons, Huo Hongsheng has been competing with world-class players such as Panton, He Zeyao and Bowen for a long time, which has benefited him a lot.
He said, “It is very important to be familiar with Hong Kong horse racing and to know yourself and your opponent. The longer you ride in Hong Kong, the easier it is for you to understand how the masters use their horses and make you a better jockey.”

The next Hong Kong race will be held in Sha Tin on Sunday, July 16, when the 2022/23 racing season will be staged.
