Pangandaran Regency Elementary School Students Receive HPV Vaccine to Prevent Cervical Cancer

PANGANDARAN, JAPOS.CO – Elementary school (SD) students in Pangandaran Regency have started being injected with the Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) vaccine. The target is grade 5 students or an average age of 11 years.

This was conveyed by the Head of the Pangandaran District Health Office, Yadi Sukmayadi, S. Kep, MM through the Head of the Disease Prevention and Management (P2P) Division of the Pangandaran Health Office, Aang Syaefurahmat. According to him, his party has started distributing the vaccine since last Tuesday (8/8). “We will distribute the HPV vaccine for elementary schools directly to the puskesmas.
