Panama. The Panamanian authorities arrested this Thursday the Ecuadorian Julio Alberto Martínez, alias “Negro Tulio”, allegedly concerned within the homicide of “dozens of law enforcement officials” and two prosecutors in Ecuador, the director of the Panama Police, John Dornheim, reported this Thursday.
Together with Martínez, 5 different individuals have been detained, 4 of Ecuadorian nationality and certainly one of Colombian nationality, all of them undocumented, Dornheim added in a brief video revealed on the X (previously Twitter) account of the Panamanian police.

“Negro Tulio” is allegedly concerned in “the murders of dozens of law enforcement officials and two prosecutors” in Ecuador, Dornheim acknowledged.
