The worst, by French women Lise Akola and Romane Gueret, who recounts in a semi-fiction, semi-documentary tone, the adventures of a wild casting in a city of Boulogne-sur-Mer, won the Un Certain Regard prize (released November 12 ).

The Golden Eye was awarded to the Indian documentary All that breathes by Saunak Sen screened in Special Screening. The SACD awarded its prize to the breathtaking The mountain by Thomas Salvador at the Directors’ Fortnight, on the initiatory quest of a Parisian attracted by the summits of the Alps which turns to the fantastic. Finally, the prize for best sound design was awarded to director Marie Kreutzer for Corsagea new rebellious portrait of Sissi, Empress of Austria, played this time by Vicky Krieps (released December 14).

The very first prize for this 2022 edition was awarded on Wednesday evening to the Colombian film The pack by Andres Ramirez Pulido, who had received the Critics’ Week Grand Prize.
