We brought together three Palestinians to tell us how they feel about the war waged by the State of Israel. A war which, in their eyes, did not begin on October 7 but well before, with colonization which has lasted for 75 years
Raya lived part of her life in Tulkarem in the West Bank. Rania was expelled from Ramallah at the age of 13 for drawing the Palestinian flag. Riyad is a restaurateur in Geneva, after a stint in Kuwait and Jordan, his father having been forced to leave Palestine in 1948.
All her life Rania has fought for justice, but today she feels shame for international institutions “which always arrive too late”.
Raya, she speaks of “genocide” to describe what is happening at the moment in Gaza.
As for Riyadh, it is outraged by the fact that the State of Israel is killing children by the thousands while it says it is targeting Hamas.
