Dr. Mai Alkaila, Palestinian Minister of Health, confirmed that coordination had been made with Egypt to receive the wounded Palestinians, noting that the situation in the Gaza Strip was becoming more difficult, especially in light of the occupation’s intention to bring its heavy equipment into the Strip.

Al-Kaila added, during an intervention on the Cairo News channel, that the Ministry had contacted international organizations to facilitate the entry of medical supplies into Gaza, and had also sent to donor countries to receive more aid needed to treat the sick and injured in the Strip.

The Palestinian Minister of Health indicated that Israel is attacking hospitals, medical personnel and ambulances in the Gaza Strip, without any respect for international law.

The Palestinian Health Ministry stated, in its latest statement, that among the martyrs were 313 martyrs who died as a result of the occupation’s aggression against the Gaza Strip, and 7 others in the West Bank, during the last 24 hours.
