The Palestinian Minister of Health, Dr. Mai Al-Kaila, announced that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 82.2%, while the rate of active infections reached 17%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all infections.
In the daily report on the epidemiological situation of the Coronavirus in Palestine today, Tuesday, the Minister added that 8 deaths were recorded in the West Bank (3 citizens from Bethlehem, 3 citizens from the suburbs of Jerusalem, a citizen from Jenin, a citizen of Jericho) and 6 deaths in the city of Jerusalem. , And 3 cases in the Gaza Strip.
Regarding recovery cases, 284 cases were recorded in the West Bank (Hebron 54, Jenin 36, Nablus 72, Tulkarm 13, Salfit 15, Qalqilya 38, Tubas 4, Jericho 52), Gaza Strip 187 and Jerusalem 84.
It added that the new casualties were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (166), Nablus Governorate (224), Bethlehem Governorate (89), Qalqilya Governorate (80), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (146), Jenin (158), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (23) ), Salfit (70), Tulkarm (98), Tubas (34), the Gaza Strip (685), the suburbs of Jerusalem (38), the city of Jerusalem (135).
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 54 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 9 patients on artificial respirators.
