President Daniel Noboa has accepted the resignation of the Government Minister, Monica Palencia and appointed to Michele Sensi Contugi as its replacement.
Palencia will assume ownership of the Ministry of the Interior. Sensi, director of the Intelligence Center, has until now appeared as Daniel Noboa’s trusted man, and his name appears in the directories of three public companies, according to El Universo.
