This is also a tribute to the Indonesian nation given by the UAE government. especially Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed. So, that’s the background of this name change, “said Pratikno in the virtual inauguration of the name change, Monday (12/4/2021).

The Japek II Layang Toll Road with the name MBZ Mohamed Bin Zayed Toll Road has a length of 36.4 km.

Under these conditions, the toll road is the longest elevated highway in Indonesia.

Construction began in early 2017.
