The head of the presidential secretariat (Kasetpres) Heru Budi Hartono explained the reason Jaya subway police chief Fadil Imran uses a cell phone or cell phone (HP) when a number of high-ranking officers are summoned by President Joko Widodo to the State Palace on Friday (14/10).

Heru said the cell phone was given by the palace protocol officer. She also pointed out that giving a cell phone was an exception under certain conditions.
“Communication via the palace protocol officer’s cell phone. That’s when there’s something that needs to be discussed for a few minutes,” he said.
The moment Fadil picked up the phone was recorded in a 24-second video that went viral. In the video, Fadil is seated in the police ranks at the Krida Bakti Building, Secretariat of State, Jalan Veteran III, Central Jakarta.
Shortly thereafter, a batik-clad woman with long hair approached Fadil who was still wearing a mask. The woman gave the cell phone to Fadil.
Then, Fadil also spoke through his cell phone in the semi-lowered position.
