Pakistan Super League is hard to play, not IPL; Pakistan star
The Indian Premier League is the most cash-flowing tournament in the world. IPL is better than any cricket league in the world in terms of pay and stardom. IPL is also where the best players are traded.
Following the launch of the Indian Premier League, similar leagues have also been launched in other countries. But none of them are as good as IPL.
Pakistan Super League, Caribbean Premier League, Lankan Premier League and Bangladesh Premier League are all IPL inspired tournaments.
But now Pakistan wicket-keeper batsman Muhammad Rizwan has come out with the opinion that Pakistan Super League is better and more difficult to play than Indian Premier League.
“The IPL is there, but if you ask any player in the world who has played in the PCL at least once, they will say that the PCL is the hardest league to play in,” said Rizwan.
He also added that in Pakistan Super League many players including the best are on the bench and it is so difficult to play in the PCL.
The IPL, which started in 2008, is entering its 16th season. But PSL starts in 2015.
Pakistani players were initially in the IPL, but after the terrorist attack in Mumbai, the differences between the two countries intensified and Pakistani players were expelled from the IPL.
Mohammad Rizwan is currently the captain of PCL Multan Sultans club. So far, the player has scored 1146 points in 56 league games.
