Inspector General Fadil Imran pray that brigadier Hendro Pandowo he substitutes to occupy the position of Kapolda Metro Jaya.
This statement was made by Fadil when he inaugurated the K9 Polda Metro Jaya building located in Petamburan, West Jakarta on Monday (31/10).
Hendro currently holds the position of deputy Kapolda Metro Jaya. He has held this position since March 2020.
“Pak Hendro is preparing to be the police chief of Metro Jaya, keep it up, Mr. Hendro,” Fadil said, amid cheers from invited guests.
On that occasion, Fadil also expressed hope that the sniffer or K9 owned by Polda Metro Jaya could have the same skills as other countries.
Fadil even gave an example of the skill of a sniffer dog belonging to the NYPD (New York Police Department) in the United States.
“Polda Metro Jaya must be capable and proficient in performing tracking techniques and tactics using sniffer dogs to reinforce the process surveillanceand police patrols like in other developed countries, “he said.
Additionally, Fadil said he had a dream to build a final resting place for the K9 dog belonging to the Polda Metro Jaya.
Fadil hopes this dream can be realized by Hendro, who hopes to continue his leading role in Polda Metro Jaya.
“I want to appreciate and escort this animal, this hound, to its final resting place, treated like a hero, take care of the citizens of Jakarta. I hope my dream can come true in the future, Mr. Hendro, “said Fadil.
