jpnn.com, SEMARANG – The Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, opened a space for dialogue to discuss the issue of the Job Creation Law.

This was done by inviting a number of chancellors, representatives of workers and entrepreneurs in Central Java to sit together and absorb the aspirations and input from various parties.

The meeting which was held at the Gradhika Bhakti Praja building on Monday (12/10) took place casually. Present at the meeting, the Chairperson of Central Java Apindo, the Head of Central Java Kadin, Undip Chancellor, representatives of the Rector of Unnes, Unisulla and UNS and representatives of workers.

With the concept of lesehan, Ganjar has a dialogue with several elements of the public interest without any restrictions.

Actually, Ganjar also invited the Heads of BEM of state universities in Central Java. However, no one wanted to attend the meeting.

“I deliberately invited workers, businessmen, campuses and students to discuss this issue (the Ciptakerja Law). But maybe because there was an event, students did not attend. We heard his opinions, including earlier from the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy which explained very well and in detail,” said Ganjar.

Indeed, until now, the final draft of the Ciptakerja Law has not been submitted to the public. But at least, a number of issues that are in the spotlight can be discussed in depth.

“Earlier, the workers’ representatives after the joint discussion also said, you know, this is a very good law. But why don’t fellow workers know these stories. So this is a communication problem that must be resolved immediately,” he said.
