She was the “Mama Bavaria” from Nockherberg, a detective on “Munich Seven” and, above all, she is one of the most successful cabaret artists from Bavaria. Luise Kinseher will be presenting her current program “Painting walls, setting sail” on Friday, October 25th at 8 p.m. in the Kettelerhaus in Tirschenreuth. It is about small and large decisions and the holes in life, as well as the question of when a major renovation can actually save something.

The furniture is gone. Luise Kinseher is sitting in her empty apartment and suddenly has an infinite amount of space. She could use it if only there wasn’t this huge hole in the floor! First it was just a dent, then a crack and finally it became this hole. This raises the question: was the hole always there and no one just noticed it? Could the hole have been prevented if it had been noticed earlier? Or is this the beginning of the end? And who is actually to blame?

These are exactly the questions that you always ask yourself when a hole opens up in your life. But before Kinseher answers them and slips into various roles as usual, she first opens a bottle of champagne. Memories flood back: “Oh, it was nice when the floor was still intact.”
