Women Saving Lives Navigation Program emerged in 2013. A group of women volunteers and a volunteer take care of guiding people with breast cancer in their journey through the network of services in public hospitals, in order to help them overcome the barriers to receiving quality treatment. For example, waiting lists, institutional bureaucracy, lack of resources and information, in order to obtain early and efficient care.
