The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that a Low Pressure Area (LPA) and localized thunderstorms will cause cloudy skies, rain showers, and thunderstorms over parts of the country on Tuesday. Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, and BARMM will have scattered rain showers and thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers or thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Northern and Central Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction, while the rest of the country will have similar wind speed and coastal waters ranging from slight to moderate. Sunrise will be at 5:50 a.m., and sunset at 6:09 p.m.
