Vivo throws garbage with rotten shrimp in front of the palace – National Police Office There is a lawful warrant, 2 karma, 4 counts.
1) Whoever loses waste in public places There is a fine not exceeding 2,000 baht (the Cleanliness and Tidy Act of 1992, Section 31 (2) and 54).
2) Whoever leaves a carcass of an animal which may be rotten In or along the public way, a fine not exceeding 5,000 baht (Criminal Code, Section 396).
3) Anyone who loses waste that smells bad or is likely to be a disease carrier breeder. Or may be harmful to health, a fine not exceeding 2,000 baht (Public Health Act B.E. 2535 M.25 (1))
4) Whoever causes the smell Or any other case Until causing deterioration or potentially dangerous to health, a fine not exceeding 2,000 baht (Public Health Act B.E. 2535, M.25 (4))
