Arrested this Thursday evening, this 17-year-old resident in Ozoir was taken into custody at the Pontault-Combault police station. He admitted to having used this automatic weapon that the police found. Neutralized, it fires blank bullets. On the other hand, the teenager did not explain his origin, nor the way in which he obtained it.
Seven arrests and seven releases
“He claims to have used it to defend his friends and to cause the dispersal of the gathering,” said a source close to the investigation. The boy was released this Friday, in the middle of the afternoon, with a summons for an indictment before the children’s judge.
The fight therefore took place on Sunday. It was nearly 2:30 p.m. when the filmed shots were exchanged at the Ozoir bus station, perhaps against the backdrop of a dispute between a boy from Tournan-en-Brie and a resident of the city.
