Ozark fans should also remember that this was the last time Ruth saw the Byrdes, when she confronted the married couple in their office during a moment of rage over what they did to Ben.
The heated scene full of insults and reproaches between the Byrdes and Ruth, when Wendy claimed him for having freed Ben from a psychiatric unit, was the one that caused Ganer the most stress. This explained the actress to the specialized site Deadline:
“First of all, I had a lot of fun. I mean, it was stressful doing that scene with Laura. I didn’t want to call Laura (Wendy) ‘wolf bitch.’ But I had a lot of fun doing that, you know.”
Garner later admitted that, while harrowing, the opportunity to film an altercation with Linney was “fun.”
