Owner of the premises organized a danceable lunch with a horny in Arica: it was rooted and signed

The Court of Guarantee of Arica left with the precautionary measures of national roots and signs every two weeks to Leticia Madelina Salcedo Pascual, accused by the Public Ministry as the author of the consummate crime of endangering public health, after organizing a danceable lunch.

A woman of Peruvian nationality was charged with a violation of article 318 of the Penal Code by the Arica Prosecutor’s Office, by calling for shows, celebrations or festivities prohibited by the health authority in times of catastrophe, pandemic or contagion.

At the formalization hearing, magistrate Juan Araya Contreras also ordered the Civil Registry and Identification to be assigned a provisional single national role (RUN) to the accused, and set the investigation period at 90 days.

According to the prosecution, after telephone complaints made by neighbors, police personnel came to a place located in Los Plátanos de Arica street, realizing that the people in charge of the property were allowing customers to enter.

Inside, police officers detected that alcoholic beverages and food were offered, violating the sanitary norms established by the authority in the face of the covid-19 pandemic.

The event was promoted by the defendant through a poster that offered a danceable lunch, with cocktail and ice cold beer.
