The problems at Miss Universe have not been resolved either, the owner of Miss Universe Global is now in debt.
This news comes after previously it was revealed that there was allegations of sexual harassment at the Miss Universe Indonesia pageant.
The owner of the JKN Global company, Jakkaphong ‘Anne’ Jakrajutatip, transgender who is the umbrella for Miss Universe, has bonds.

For information, JKN Global has a debt of 609.98 million baht or around IDR 265 billion. However, the company could not pay it in full.
Currently, JKN Global is negotiating new payment terms.
Jakkaphong explained to the Thai Stock Exchange that the company listed on SET would pay 156.6 million baht, 146.62 million principal and 9.98 million interest.
On September 29 the group plans to hold a meeting with note holders. This was done to seek their approval for the delay.
Late payment will not be considered as default, when the obligee agrees.
Jakkaphong believes JKN is capable of paying the debt. Every effort has been made to pay off the debt, such as seeking funds from investors. Unfortunately that didn’t work either.
After the bad news about the company circulated, JKN shares fell sharply.
Miss Universe Organization was acquired by Jakkaphong in October 2022 for IDR 311 billion. he is called the most successful transgender in Thailand.
Jakkaphong founded JKN Global Media in 2013. JKN has since developed and holds distribution rights for films and television programs in Thailand from Walt Disney Co., CBS Corp., and Sony Corp.
In addition, JKN is also working with CNBC for broadcasting for the next five years.
