“Owner of Jakarta’s Assirot Residence Inn Allegedly Killed in Lodging Room”

The owner of the Assirot Residence inn, Naima S Bachmid (61), allegedly killed in his lodging room on Jl Assirot, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. The police revealed Naima’s condition when she was first found.

West Jakarta Metro Police Head of Criminal Investigation Unit Kompol Andri Kurniawan said Naima found with his body and hands tied. In addition, Naima’s mouth was covered with duct tape.

Andri said that his party was still investigating the exact cause of the victim’s death. The police are currently still hunting for the perpetrators who are known to have made off with the victim’s two luxury cars.

“For cases that are still under investigation, please give us time, we will provide further information regarding the development of this case,” said Andri in his statement, Thursday (13/4/2023).

Fortuner and BMW Taken Away

Anggi said that the two luxury BMW and Fortuner cars belonging to the victim, Naima S Bachmid, were missing from the perpetrator.

“That’s true,” said Kebon Jeruk Police Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Anggi Fauzi Hasibuan when contacted by journalists, Thursday (13/4/2023). Anggi confirmed when asked about the victim’s 2 missing luxury cars.

The victim was found dead early this morning. The police are currently still investigating the case.

Anggi could not specify how many perpetrators were involved in the case. Until now, the police are still investigating the case, including conducting CCTV searches at the location.

“Yes (CCTV comb). What this means is that we are also backed up by the Polres. Investigation steps have been carried out. Examining witnesses checking the TKP, as well as other actions,” he said.
