OVERVIEW | Feyenoord announces practice program for the 2021-2022 season

After the first week of training, the Feyenoord selection is preparing for the start of the practice campaign for the 2021-2022 season. You can read more about the preparation program in this post. All matches are subject to change.


Two practice matches at Varkenoord

The exhibition campaign starts for Feyenoord with two games at Varkenoord. On June 26, AA Gent will be the opponent. This match is not open to the public, but supporters are welcome a week later on July 3 against AEK Athens (start at 1:30 PM). training camp

The selection of Arne Slot will go on a training camp on Monday 5 July. Feyenoord will settle in Austria, where it will stay for a week in preparation for the new season. Players and staff will return to Rotterdam on Saturday, July 10.

Back in De Kuip

After the training camp, Feyenoord can prepare for three games on familiar ground. In De Kuip, there will be successively practiced against Werder Bremen (Saturday, July 17), PAOK Saloniki (Sunday, July 25) and ADO Den Haag (Sunday, August 1). Supporters are welcome at these matches. More information about ticket sales and visiting these practice matches will follow as soon as available via the official club channels.

Opening match

A week before the start of the competition, Feyenoord will play the traditional opening match. The opponent will be announced at a later stage. Supporters can also be present at this match.
