On the night of February 8-9, 1855, after a heavy snowfall, a series of footprints resembling hooves appeared in the snow. These tracks have been reported from over 30 sites in Devon and several in Dorset. It is estimated that the total distance of the tracks was between 60 and 160 kilometers. How is it possible that they discovered tracks on such long routes, not only on roads, but also on houses? Many believe that these are traces of the Devil himself.
