Exchange with PLOa representative of GHTK said that in the two weeks leading up to Tet, the amount of e-commerce goods brought into the delivery network increased dramatically, affecting the quality of operations.
Therefore, last week, GHTK was forced to temporarily suspend orders in some local areas to ensure operational quality.

Viettel Post representative admitted that for the delivery and logistics sector, the end of the year is a “golden” time for businesses in the industry when the output of shipping orders increased by 50-60% compared to the previous month. there.
However, this situation also poses requirements and challenges for businesses to ensure service quality and serve customer needs.
“Currently, Viettel Post has exceeded the output milestone of 1 million orders/day. During the peak days leading up to Tet Giap Thin, there was a time when we reached nearly 2 million orders/day” – Viettel Post representative said.
To meet the peak delivery demand at the end of the year, in addition to increasing human resources and vehicles, Viettel Post has increased income for postmen, from 40 – 60% compared to weekdays, depending on output, so that shippers can work with peace of mind.
Similarly, a representative of e-commerce platform Shopee said that to meet shopping needs during Tet, the platform has proactively worked with shipping units to plan detailed operations during Tet.
Accordingly, the delivery service will operate normally until February 8 (ie the 29th of Tet).
Delivery activities from February 9 (the 30th of Tet) to February 12 (the 3rd of Tet) still take place but only Express Delivery is applied, with some online sellers who have registered in advance.
On February 13, the 4th day of Tet, delivery operations returned to normal.
The representative of Lazada e-commerce platform also informed that depending on the shipping unit, there will be different prescribed times.
