Overcoming Suffering: Embracing the Buddha’s Teachings and Inner Strength

“We are still alive. Still breathing This is considered lucky.”

We are luckier than many others to at least be alive today. in order to do good

If you’re sick right now We will suffer.
Try to distract yourself with something else. But in the end it came back to feeling uncomfortable again.
Then try using the ramming method.
Wherever suffering arises, there it dies.
The body is sick but the mind should not be sick as well.
Give your body time to heal. The heart is willing to put the Dhamma into practice.

If right now we are separated, losing a loved one, crying and crying is everyone’s fault. But time helps heal wounds.

Jatpi dukkha… Even birth is suffering (birth as a human being, birth of a self, birth of desire, etc.)

Charapi Tukkha…even old age is suffering (hazy eyes and ears, walking with a hunchback, pain here and there, etc.)

Maranampi dukkha….even death is suffering (fear of death)

Sokaparideva dukkhadomanasupayasapi Every leg…even sorrow lamentation physical discomfort uneasiness Grievance is suffering.

Appiyehi sampayoko dukkho…Experiencing something that is not pleasing or pleasing is suffering (bad smell, bad food, unpleasant sight, etc.)

Piyehi vippayoko dukkho…Separation from the beloved is suffering (bad smell, bad food, disappointment, unwanted sight, etc.)

What do you desire? If you don’t get that, you will suffer (hope it will be like that). and not as expected)

Suffering is there to see. It wasn’t meant to be.
Looking back later, I realized that
“It will pass soon. We can get through everything. These things are normal. It is like that.”

Our hearts are therefore the most important. “Be strong, be patient, know how to create inner strength for yourself.” Then you will overcome all problems and obstacles.”
Embrace the Buddha’s teachings

Buddha’s words mean the words of the Lord Buddha, the sayings of the Lord Buddha. Buddha’s words mean the words and expressions of the Buddha. Said it all
