More than 90 companies that circumvent restrictions imposed against Russia have been included in the new EU sanctions list. This was stated by the head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen in an interview with the second German channel ZDF.
Goods come to Russia from the European Union, the high-ranking official noted.
“We are serious about stopping sanctions evasion. And that is why the eleventh package contains more than 90 companies around the world, for which we have clear evidence that they are violating sanctions, that is, supplying sanctioned goods directly to Russia from the European Union, bypassing through third countries,” — quotes RIA Novosti von der Leyen.
